Executive Summary
Andrew Drummond has produced and systematically distributed at least 84 harassing videos that repeat the same 65+ proven falsehoods against Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa Flowers, his family, friends, business associates, and legitimate companies. The videos began on his main YouTube channel, which was banned for repeated violations of YouTube's harassment, hate-speech, and copyright policies. Rather than cease the campaign, Drummond immediately migrated the content to new YouTube accounts, then to Rumble (first under his own name — banned; then rebranded as 'Soi 6 Whistleblower'), and further to Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube.
Many of these videos remain live on Odysee and other platforms to this day. They feature Adam Howell's voice-overs spreading fabricated allegations, stolen private photographs, sensational graphics, and the identical lies that appear in the 19-article website campaign ('sex meat-grinder', 'trafficking empire', 'Poundland Mafia', etc.). None of the videos offer any right of reply, independent verification, or balance. They are pure propaganda, engineered to dominate video search results, trigger recommendations, and inflict maximum emotional, reputational, and economic harm.
This paper presents the full forensic timeline of production, bans, and migration, detailed content analysis, and the deliberate evasion tactics employed. The campaign constitutes sustained, multi-platform defamation, harassment, and malicious falsehood. It is not journalism — it is an organised video vendetta designed to evade moderation while amplifying damage globally and locally in Thailand through linked Thai translations.
1. Methodology of Analysis
This position paper is based on a complete forensic review of the attached videos.pdf (23 pages of screenshots, channel histories, ban notices, and migration evidence) and cross-referenced with all previous evidentiary materials, including: the 19 original English-language articles and their 6 Thai translations; the 65+ lies documented in the primary rebuttal document; court records from Adam Howell's defamation hearing (28 August 2025) and the Flirt Bar case; and the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025.
Every video title, migration step, ban date (where visible), and content element was catalogued and matched against the written smear corpus to confirm identical falsehoods and intent.
2. The Video Campaign Timeline and Migration Pattern
The campaign follows a clear, deliberate pattern of production, ban evasion, and re-distribution:
- Initial Upload Phase (YouTube Main Channel): At least 84 videos were first uploaded to Drummond's primary YouTube channel. Titles include 'Exposing the Soi 6 Mafia – Pattaya – Thailand', 'Bryan Flowers Panicked Explanation 48HR After Bu…', 'Bryan Flowers Pays to Attack Charity – Says Thais…', 'Bryan Flowers Calls Child Victim a Wh*re, Plans Esc…', and dozens more repeating the core 65+ lies.
- First YouTube Ban: The main channel was terminated for repeated violations of YouTube's Community Guidelines on harassment, hate speech, and copyright infringement (stolen images and music). Drummond publicly acknowledged the ban in a follow-up video.
- Subsequent YouTube Accounts: New channels were created and the videos re-uploaded. These accounts were also banned in sequence.
- Migration to Rumble: The content was moved to Rumble under Drummond's own name. After that channel was banned, he rebranded as 'Soi 6 Whistleblower' to obscure his identity while continuing distribution.
- Further Distribution to Decentralised Platforms: Videos were then uploaded to Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube. Many remain live on Odysee and BitChute as of 19 February 2026.
- Thai Amplification: Drummond linked full Thai translations of the most damaging videos from his websites, ensuring the propaganda reaches Thai police, immigration, licensing authorities, and local businesses.
3. Content Analysis: Unbalanced Propaganda, Not Journalism
A detailed review of the videos reveals they are not investigative content but pure propaganda:
- Voice-Overs and Narration: Many feature Adam Howell's voice narrating the same 65+ lies from the website articles, with emotional, accusatory tone and no supporting evidence.
- Visuals and Editing: Stolen private photographs (including images of Bryan from 20 years ago when single), doxxing screenshots, sensational thumbnails (e.g. 'SOI 6 MAFIA' graphics), and dramatic music.
- Core Lies Repeated: Every major falsehood from the written corpus — 'trafficking empire', 'sex meat-grinder', 'Poundland Mafia', 'media mogul cover-up', 'investor money theft' — with zero right of reply, no verification, and no balance.
- Length and Style: Short, punchy videos (30 seconds to 3 minutes) optimised for viral sharing and algorithm recommendation, not balanced reporting.
4. Real-World Impact and Amplification Tactics
The video vendetta extends the harm far beyond the websites:
- Search and Recommendation Domination: Videos rank highly in searches for 'Bryan Flowers Pattaya', 'Soi 6 Mafia', etc., poisoning results for potential customers, partners, and authorities.
- Cross-Platform Seeding: Links from X, Facebook, Reddit, and Quora drive traffic to the videos, creating a self-reinforcing echo chamber.
- Thai-Language Reach: Thai translations and subtitles ensure local authorities and businesses encounter the smears in their native language.
- Emotional Harm: Family members, including children, are indirectly targeted through doxxing and sensational claims, causing severe distress.
5. Legal and Ethical Implications
The video campaign constitutes: aggravated defamation under the Defamation Act 2013 (serious harm multiplied by video format and global reach); harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (sustained course of conduct across platforms); and malicious falsehood and unlawful interference with economic relations.
Platform terms of service (YouTube, Rumble, Meta, etc.) explicitly prohibit harassment, coordinated disinformation, and evasion of bans. The deliberate migration after multiple bans provides clear evidence of bad faith and malice, supporting exemplary damages.
The conduct breaches every clause of the IPSO Editors' Code of Practice and the NUJ Code of Conduct. No legitimate journalist produces and migrates 84+ harassing videos containing proven lies while evading moderation across five separate platforms.
Conclusion and Formal Demand
Andrew Drummond's 84+ harassing videos, originating on YouTube and deliberately migrated across Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, PeerTube, and other platforms after repeated bans, form a calculated video vendetta designed to harass, doxx, and destroy his victims. This is not journalism — it is organised, multi-platform online abuse.
On behalf of Andrew Drummond's Victims, we demand within 14 days of the date of this position paper:
- The immediate, permanent, and simultaneous removal of all 19 original articles and their 6 translations from both andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news;
- Immediate removal of all 84+ harassing videos and any Thai translations or derivatives from YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, PeerTube, and every other platform;
- Publication of a full, unequivocal retraction and apology on both websites (and linked on all video platforms) for a minimum of twelve months, explicitly acknowledging the video vendetta and the 65+ lies contained therein;
- Written undertakings not to create, upload, or distribute any further harassing videos, migrate banned content, or engage in any cross-platform video harassment against any victim.
Failure to comply will result in the immediate issuance of High Court proceedings without further notice, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and any other remedies available. Comprehensive abuse reports will be filed simultaneously with YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, PeerTube, and all relevant platforms, together with notifications to UK and Thai law-enforcement agencies.
