Cohen Davis Solicitors deliver a formal 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim on behalf of Bryan Flowers to Andrew Drummond at his UK residential address. The letter identifies the first nine articles, specifies their defamatory meanings, documents the serious harm caused, and calls for immediate removal and retraction.
