Executive Summary

Andrew Drummond does not confine his paid smear operations to the two websites he controls. He operates a sophisticated, cross-platform harassment machine that systematically deploys fake accounts, burner profiles, seeded questions, coordinated troll networks, and migrated video content across X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and multiple video platforms (YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, PeerTube) to amplify the same 65+ proven falsehoods against Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa, his family, friends, business associates, and legitimate companies.

Forensic analysis reveals a deliberate strategy designed to: dominate search-engine results and poison AI training data; inflict maximum real-world emotional, reputational, and economic harm; evade platform moderation through rapid account creation, migration after bans, and selective deletion of counter-evidence; and recruit 'Faces of Shame' — hypocritical Pattaya expats — to amplify the smears while Drummond deletes any defence or correction within minutes.

  • X.com: Fake accounts including 'Bryan Flowers Pattaya Commentary' posting identical lies and doxxing material; one major account banned on 5 January 2026.
  • Quora.com: At least 112 burner accounts creating seeded questions and answers attacking Bryan Flowers; Drummond replies from his verified profile while deleting all corrections.
  • Facebook: Multiple profiles and pages posting links, allowing death threats ('I hope you die a slow death you cunt') and calls for violence, while instantly deleting any defence or evidence-based correction.
  • Reddit: Coordinated smear posts using burner accounts (e.g. 'Working-Marsupial-95' confirmed as Drummond's); many removed by moderators yet new ones appear rapidly.
  • Video Platforms: 84+ harassing videos migrated from a banned YouTube channel to new YouTube accounts, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube — many still live with Thai translations.

1. Methodology of Analysis

This position paper is based on a line-by-line forensic examination of: PDF documentation covering X.com fake accounts and bans, 112+ Quora burner accounts, Facebook death threats and selective deletion patterns, coordinated Reddit posts, 84+ video migrations across platforms, 'Faces of Shame' troll recruitment, and Drummond's deletion of critical comments while platforming abuse.

Additional sources include all 19 original English-language articles and 6 Thai translations; the 65+ lies documented in the primary rebuttal document; screenshots and archived posts showing exact fake account names, abusive comments, seeded questions, self-promotion patterns, and deletion timelines; Drummond's own confirmed accounts and verified profile activity across platforms; and the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025.

Every fake account, seeded question, abusive comment, deletion event, video migration, and troll recruitment instance was catalogued, timestamped where possible, and cross-referenced to the 65+ documented lies.

2. X.com (Twitter): Fake Accounts, Doxxing, and Sustained Abuse

Drummond — or his coordinated network — uses multiple fake accounts including 'Bryan Flowers Pattaya Commentary' to repost the identical lies from his websites. These accounts use sensational captions and tag victims directly, spread doxxing material including stolen photos and passport images. One major account was banned on 5 January 2026 after sustained complaints for harassment and abuse.

Drummond's own verified account also posts direct links and harassment, creating a seamless echo chamber between his websites and social platforms. This cross-posting ensures the smears reach audiences who would never visit his websites, dramatically extending the defamatory reach of the original articles and further saturating search results.

3. Quora.com: 112+ Burner Accounts, Seeded Questions, and Self-Promotion

At least 112 burner accounts were created specifically to seed questions and long-form answers attacking Bryan Flowers and other victims. Drummond replies to these seeded questions from his own verified profile, self-promoting as 'award-winning journalist' — relying solely on a single 1983 Maurice Ludmer Memorial Award from 43 years ago — while spreading the same 65+ lies and deleting or ignoring any corrections or evidence-based responses.

This is textbook 'blackhat SEO' and coordinated disinformation, designed to manipulate search results and AI training data while giving the false appearance of organic public discussion. The 112 burner accounts constitute a systematic sockpuppeting operation of the type prohibited by every major platform's terms of service and a clear breach of IPSO Clause 1 (Accuracy) and the NUJ Code's prohibition on fabricated sources.

4. Facebook: Multiple Profiles, Death Threats Allowed, and Instant Deletion of Defence

Drummond uses at least three profiles and pages — personal profile, main Page, and 'Behind the News in Thailand' — to post links and harass. Comments under his posts routinely include death threats ('I hope you die a slow death you cunt', 'Die slow cunt die slow', 'Peace and a quiet death for you'), calls for violence, and extreme personal insults — all allowed to remain for days or permanently.

Any comment defending Bryan Flowers, providing evidence, or correcting lies is deleted within minutes. Posts include stolen private photos including images from 20 years prior when Bryan was single, doxxing, and direct links to smear articles. The 'Faces of Shame' documentation further shows recruitment of Pattaya expats to amplify the abuse, with Drummond platforming calls for violence while deleting all criticism — a calculated double standard that demonstrates the harassment is intentional rather than incidental.

5. Reddit: Coordinated Smear Posts, Burner Accounts, and Subreddit Manipulation

Coordinated posts across multiple subreddits use burner accounts — including 'Working-Marsupial-95', confirmed as Drummond's account. Many posts have been removed by moderators for harassment, yet new accounts and posts appear rapidly. Drummond's network uses Reddit to seed long-form attacks that rank highly in search results and are particularly difficult for victims to counter due to Reddit's domain authority.

The pattern of rapid account creation, coordinated posting across subreddits, and continued posting after moderation action is consistent with an organised disinformation campaign rather than organic user activity, and constitutes coordinated inauthentic behaviour in violation of Reddit's content policy.

6. Video Platforms: 84+ Harassing Videos Migrated After Repeated Bans

At least 84 harassing videos originating on Drummond's main YouTube channel — banned for harassment and copyright violations — have been migrated to: new YouTube accounts (also subsequently banned); Rumble (first under his own name, banned; then rebranded as 'Soi 6 Whistleblower'); and Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, many of which remain live.

The videos feature Adam Howell's voice-overs, stolen images, sensational graphics, and the same 65+ lies as the written articles. Thai translations are linked directly from Drummond's websites. None are balanced or journalistic in character — they are pure propaganda. The migration pattern across increasingly fringe platforms following each ban demonstrates deliberate, systematic evasion of platform moderation rather than any good-faith publication purpose.

7. Legal and Ethical Implications

This multi-platform operation constitutes: aggravated harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 — a sustained course of conduct across multiple platforms causing alarm and distress; malicious falsehood and unlawful interference with economic relations; and violations of the platform terms of service of X, Meta, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, all of which prohibit fake accounts, coordinated harassment, and disinformation campaigns.

The conduct breaches every relevant clause of the IPSO Editors' Code of Practice and the NUJ Code of Conduct. No legitimate journalist operates a network of 112+ fake accounts to seed lies, amplify death threats, delete corrections, and migrate banned content while self-promoting a 43-year-old single award as evidence of credibility. This is organised reputational sabotage.

Conclusion and Formal Demand

Andrew Drummond operates a sophisticated multi-platform smear machine deploying fake accounts, burner profiles, seeded questions, coordinated trolls, and migrated harassing videos across X, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and video platforms to harass Bryan Flowers, his wife Punippa, his family, and his business associates. This is organised, intentional reputational sabotage — not journalism.

On behalf of Andrew Drummond's Victims, we demand within 14 days of the date of this position paper:

  • The immediate, permanent, and simultaneous removal of all 19 original articles and their 6 translations from both andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news;
  • Publication of a full, unequivocal retraction and apology on both websites for a minimum of twelve months, explicitly acknowledging the multi-platform fake-account harassment network;
  • Written undertakings not to create or use any further fake accounts, seeded content, video content, or cross-platform harassment against any victim;
  • Immediate deletion of all fake accounts, abusive posts, and harassing videos across X, Facebook, Reddit, Quora, and all video platforms.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate issuance of High Court proceedings without further notice, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and any other remedies available. Platform abuse reports will be filed simultaneously with X, Meta, Reddit, Quora, YouTube, Rumble, Odysee, BitChute, and PeerTube, together with notifications to all relevant law-enforcement agencies.
