Position Paper #45

The Sinister Coalition: How Andrew Drummond, Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth, Adam Howell, and Ricky Pandora Operate as a Coordinated Criminal Defamation Ring

Forensic charting of the four-member criminal defamation ring orchestrating the 19-article campaign against Bryan Flowers: Howell finances, Kanokrat interferes and bribes, Ricky Pandora supplies intelligence while enjoying immunity from criticism, and Drummond publishes. Evidence encompasses prison visits, charity-funded corruption, cryptocurrency-scammer payments, and the protected pimp informant — establishing a coordinated criminal conspiracy rather than journalism.

Executive Summary

Andrew Drummond does not operate alone. He is the public face of a tightly coordinated four-person criminal smear network comprising: Andrew Drummond – the UK-based publisher and mouthpiece; Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth – the on-the-ground fixer, witness tamperer, and briber operating inside Thailand; Adam Howell – the paymaster and sole primary source of fabricated allegations; and Ricky Pandora ("Godfather of Pimps") – the protected informant and bar-industry insider who supplies dirt on rivals while remaining shielded from scrutiny.

This alliance has run for years and is responsible for the 19-article campaign against Bryan Flowers, as well as parallel attacks on at least ten other repeat victims over 14 years. Ricky Pandora, with 26+ years running Pattaya's most hands-on go-go and blowjob bars, was Drummond's long-time customer and remains his protected informant. Kanokrat tampers with witnesses in prison, pays lawyers with charity funds, and bribes immigration officials for passports and travel data. Howell pays Drummond to publish the lies. Drummond provides the platform and the "journalist" brand.

The entire operation is not journalism. It is a criminal conspiracy involving witness tampering, bribery of public officials, extortion, defamation, and misuse of charitable funds, all designed to destroy innocent lives and businesses for financial gain.

1. Methodology of Analysis

This position paper is based on a comprehensive forensic mapping of: the two attached investigative reports on Ricky Pandora; the two attached reports on Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth; the attached report on alleged criminal violations by Thai officials and lawyers; all 19 original English-language articles and their 6 Thai translations (December 2024 – February 2026); the 11-page rebuttal document "Lies from Andrew Drummond" (65+ specific falsehoods); court records from Adam Howell's defamation hearing (28 August 2025) and the Flirt Bar case; screenshots of Drummond's Facebook comments, Ricky Pandora's public statements, and Kanokrat's prison visits and financial transactions; and the 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025.

Every role, payment, interference, and undisclosed conflict was cross-verified against primary sources.

2. Ricky Pandora – The Protected Informant and "Godfather of Pimps"

Ricky Pandora has openly described himself as running "the raunchiest, most hands-on establishments" in Pattaya for over 26 years. In 2021 interviews he admits direct involvement in recruiting, controlling, and punishing women in his bars, staging explicit shows, and paying routine police bribes.

Andrew Drummond was a regular paying customer at Ricky's bars for many years, including during Ricky's Bangkok go-go period. Ricky remains Drummond's primary Pattaya informant, feeding him information on rival bar owners and expats. While Drummond labels every other bar owner a "pimp", "sex meat-grinder", or member of the "Poundland Mafia", Ricky Pandora is never criticised. This undisclosed protection is the clearest evidence of conflict of interest in the network.

3. Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth – The Fixer, Tamperer, and Briber

Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth has no legitimate employment. She runs an improperly constituted charity that is under police investigation for misuse of funds. Her role in the network includes:

  • Attending Adam Howell's criminal defamation hearing (28 August 2025), sacking his competent lawyer, and paying 3,000 baht of the new lawyer's fee with charity money.
  • Visiting the jailed cashier in the Flirt Bar case inside Klong Prem prison to encourage further false statements and additional charges against innocent parties.
  • Paying immigration officials to obtain and supply Bryan Flowers' official passport, which Drummond then published.
  • Providing Drummond with real-time updates on Bryan's travel, visa status, and movements.
  • Leveraging her military family connections (Sgt. Aun Nimsamut) to influence police and officials.
  • These acts constitute witness tampering, bribery of public officials, and misuse of charitable funds — all criminal offences.

4. Adam Howell – The Paymaster and Fabricator-in-Chief

Adam Howell, a documented serial crypto scammer (SuperDoge rug pull, DopeCoin pump-and-dump, etc.), is the financial driver and sole primary source for the 19-article campaign. He pays Drummond to publish every false allegation. The rebuttal document records that Drummond "refuses to acknowledge any of it because Adam Howell pays him." Howell's grudge stems from a business dispute with Bryan Flowers; the campaign is pure paid revenge.

5. Andrew Drummond – The Publisher and Brand

Drummond provides the two-domain platform, the "award-winning journalist" branding, and the Thai translations to maximise local harm. He knowingly uses material from a paid scammer (Howell), a convicted pimp's informant (Ricky), and a fixer who tampers with evidence (Kanokrat). He edits articles silently, offers no right of reply, and continues publication for 14 months after formal legal notice. Every bar-owner attack conceals the protection afforded to his friend Ricky Pandora.

6. Legal and Ethical Implications

This coordinated network constitutes a criminal conspiracy under both Thai and English law:

  • Thailand: Witness tampering (Sections 243–244), bribery (Section 144), defamation (Section 326), Computer Crime Act Section 14, extortion (Section 337), and misuse of charitable funds.
  • England: Aggravated defamation, harassment, malicious falsehood, and conspiracy to injure by unlawful means.
  • Ethically, the undisclosed conflicts, paid fabrication, evidence tampering, and protection of a pimp informant while attacking others breach every clause of the IPSO Editors' Code and NUJ Code of Conduct. This is not journalism. It is organised reputational sabotage for financial gain.

Conclusion and Formal Demand

Andrew Drummond, Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth, Adam Howell, and Ricky Pandora form a coordinated criminal smear network: Howell pays, Kanokrat tampers and bribes, Ricky informs and is protected, and Drummond publishes. The 19-article campaign against Bryan Flowers is the latest execution of this enterprise.

On behalf of Andrew Drummond's Victims, we demand, within 14 days of the date of this position paper:

  • The immediate, permanent, and simultaneous removal of all 19 original articles and their 6 translations from both andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news.
  • Publication of a full, unequivocal retraction and apology (in both English and Thai) on both websites for a minimum of twelve months, explicitly acknowledging the criminal conspiracy and the roles of Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth, Adam Howell, and Ricky Pandora.
  • Written undertakings that none of the four named individuals will engage in any further publication, interference in legal proceedings, bribery, or harassment of any victim or their family.
  • Immediate cooperation with any Thai or UK law enforcement investigation into the network.

Failure to comply will result in the immediate issuance of High Court proceedings in England, parallel criminal complaints in Thailand naming all four individuals, and notifications to the Royal Thai Police, Department of Special Investigation, and transnational crime units, seeking substantial damages (including aggravated and exemplary damages), injunctive relief, costs on an indemnity basis, and any other remedies available.
