1. Introduction: You Are Not Alone
If you are reading this, you or someone you know has been targeted by Andrew Drummond's defamation campaign. You may feel isolated, overwhelmed, or powerless. This handbook is designed to provide practical, actionable guidance for anyone affected by Drummond's publications on andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news. The campaign has targeted Bryan Flowers, Punippa Flowers, Night Wish Group, Kanokrat Nimsamut Booth, Ricky Pandora, and many others over more than a decade.
The most important thing to understand is that you are not without legal remedy. Despite Drummond's flight from Thai justice to Wiltshire, England in January 2015, multiple legal avenues exist in both Thailand and the United Kingdom to hold him accountable. Cohen Davis Solicitors have already commenced formal legal action through a Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim dated 13 August 2025. This handbook provides the practical steps you can take to protect yourself and contribute to the collective effort to stop the harassment.
2. Step One: Preserve All Evidence
The single most important action any victim can take is to preserve evidence of every defamatory publication. Digital content can be altered or deleted at any time, and once lost, it may be impossible to recover. Evidence preservation must be thorough, systematic, and ongoing.
For every defamatory article or comment targeting you, take the following steps immediately upon discovering the publication. Do not wait; act the same day if possible.
- Take full-page screenshots of every defamatory article, including the URL bar showing the full web address, the publication date, and the author byline.
- Save the webpage as a complete HTML file using your browser's 'Save As' function to preserve the page structure and embedded content.
- Submit the URL to the Wayback Machine at web.archive.org to create an independent archived copy.
- Record the date and time you discovered the publication and note any social media shares or links to the article.
- If the article contains fabricated comments, screenshot and archive those separately with timestamps.
- Store all evidence in multiple locations: a cloud drive, a USB drive, and a printed copy for legal proceedings.
- Forward all evidence to your solicitor immediately; for victims coordinating with Cohen Davis Solicitors, use the established evidence submission process.
3. Step Two: Report to Platforms and Service Providers
While legal proceedings take time, immediate action can be taken by reporting defamatory content to the platforms and service providers that host or distribute it. Every major platform has abuse reporting mechanisms, and well-documented reports with supporting evidence are more likely to result in content removal.
Report the content to the domain registrar for andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news, citing violations of their Acceptable Use Policy. Report any social media posts sharing or amplifying the defamatory content to the relevant platform, such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or LinkedIn. If the content appears in search engine results, submit removal requests to Google under its defamation and harassment policies.
- File abuse reports with the domain registrar citing harassment, defamation, and Acceptable Use Policy violations.
- Report defamatory social media posts to each platform's abuse reporting system.
- Submit content removal requests to Google Search under its harassment and defamation removal policies.
- If applicable, report to OFCOM under the Online Safety Act 2023 framework.
- Keep records of every report filed, including confirmation emails and reference numbers.
- Coordinate reporting efforts with other victims to demonstrate the scale and pattern of harassment.
4. Step Three: Understand Your Legal Options
Victims of Drummond's campaign have legal options in both Thailand and the United Kingdom. In Thailand, criminal defamation proceedings and Computer Crime Act complaints can be filed or maintained. In England, the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 provides both criminal and civil remedies, the Defamation Act 2013 provides for civil claims, and the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and Online Safety Act 2023 create criminal offences.
The Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim sent by Cohen Davis Solicitors on 13 August 2025 established the foundation for UK legal proceedings. Victims who wish to join or support these proceedings should contact the legal team coordinating the case. Individual victims can also file independent criminal complaints with Wiltshire Police, which may be consolidated with existing complaints to strengthen the overall case.
- In Thailand: file or maintain criminal defamation complaints and Computer Crime Act proceedings.
- In England: pursue harassment claims under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (criminal and civil).
- In England: consider civil defamation claims under the Defamation Act 2013 for damages and injunctions.
- File criminal complaints with Wiltshire Police under the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and Online Safety Act 2023.
- Contact Cohen Davis Solicitors to coordinate with existing legal proceedings.
- Consider joining a group action to share legal costs and present a unified case to the court.
5. Step Four: Protect Your Mental Health
Being the target of a sustained defamation campaign takes a severe toll on mental health. The stress, anxiety, and sense of violation that accompany having false allegations published about you are real and valid. Bryan Flowers, Punippa Flowers, and other victims have endured years of this abuse, and acknowledging its psychological impact is essential.
Seek professional support if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, sleep disturbance, or other psychological symptoms as a result of Drummond's publications. In the UK, the Samaritans (116 123) and Mind (0300 123 3393) offer confidential support. In Thailand, the Mental Health Helpline (1323) provides similar services. Document any psychological harm with your GP or mental health professional, as this evidence is relevant to damages claims in civil proceedings.
- Seek professional mental health support from a GP, counsellor, or psychologist.
- Document psychological symptoms and treatment records for use as evidence in damages claims.
- UK support: Samaritans (116 123), Mind (0300 123 3393), Victim Support (0808 168 9111).
- Thailand support: Mental Health Helpline (1323), Samaritans of Thailand (02-713-6793).
- Connect with other victims for mutual support and to reduce the isolation Drummond's campaign creates.
- Limit exposure to Drummond's websites where possible; designate a trusted person to monitor for new publications.
6. Step Five: Coordinate and Take Collective Action
Drummond's campaign has targeted multiple individuals and entities. The most effective response is coordinated collective action. When multiple victims present a unified case, the evidence of a sustained harassment campaign becomes overwhelming and the legal costs are shared. The following coordination steps are recommended.
- Share evidence with the central legal team coordinating proceedings through Cohen Davis Solicitors.
- Coordinate platform reporting so that multiple victims file complaints about the same content simultaneously.
- Join or support the group legal action to share costs and present the strongest possible case.
- Provide witness statements supporting other victims' claims where you have relevant knowledge.
- Support the Interpol Red Notice application detailed in Position Paper 122 by providing evidence of cross-border harm.
- Maintain communication with other victims through secure channels to coordinate responses to new publications by Drummond.
- Consider engaging media or public advocacy organisations to raise awareness of Drummond's decade-long harassment campaign.
